Oversized Hotohori cel from ep. 2 of the 2nd Fushigi Yuugi OVA. Absolutely gorgeous cel, and it's an A1 key cel. Unfortunately no douga, and it has some minor paint damage at the bottom. (Cropped out in this shot.) Unmatching background.
