This incredible genga comes from OVA episode 6. Our cast of intrepid magic users have no broom sticks so, in order to escape, they enchant each other to be brooms.
This scene is so funny and the artwork is fantastic, too. The details on the sketch point out that Mitsuru's face should be colored red, as well as depicting what cel layer each group of characters should be. What a dream it must be to have this complete cel sequence and set up!
I managed to snag this off eBay after having not seen much MMT stuff on my usual sites. The price was right, and I felt like I just had to add it to my collection. Having it in person convinces me it was the right choice.
As as result of the genga nature of this, there is no sequence number, so I've listed the sequence numbers it shows on the print itself.
