A gorgeous three-layer cel of Chao transforming in a whirlwind of flowers. Unfortunately this cel is badly warped, probably from exposure to heat, which causes ripples/reflections on the surface. Would love to get a nice printed BG of the original for this. Current is an original unmatching BG from an unrelated series.
