The first appearance of the West Wind in this movie is right after the scene of the Gods talking about what to do with Unico. They decide to banish him and call the West Wind to do the job... this is the moment she arrives, full of beauty and grace.
The cel is unfortunately somewhat warpped from what was likely years of poor storage from a previous owner. It's being taken care of now, at least. Sadly no douga to pair with this beauty, but I'm very happy to add this cel to my collection. It's certainly one of the closest shots of her I've seen available for sale before.
