Ha! I love this cel. Chao's been floating down the stream in her basket-house and gets caught on a vine. When she notices and tries to untangle the vine from her basket, it wraps around her, taking her for an unexpected ride. Her face is so funny and cute. Of course I wish I had the matching background and everything to go with this moment, but I've tried to simulate some of the scene with an unmatching background.
It did come with a matching douga, at least!
