I've actually not seen the sequence this cel is from, as I've only been able to find an 8-minute preview of this special, which does not include this scene. It appears that Tsubasa and Unico are sitting on an old, abandoned car while talking to the Sphinx, who is cast in red light for some reason. Hopefully someday I can see this actual scene and get a proper screen cap.
Although there is no douga, this came with the original matching background, which is what really prompted me to pick it up. It was also quite reasonably priced. It's very strange to me to buy cels for a sequence I've never seen, so I don't imagine I'll do it much, but I'm happy to add this to my collection.
