John Lennon
Leader of the Beatles, revolutionary, Peace preacher, father, brother, husband, lover and more. John Lennon was the driving force behind the band that would change the world. This is just a little tribute to him, I guess. Gotta love John.
Halloween 2003:
This was just a fun sort of throw-together costume I did for Halloween. Got the suit off eBay and modified it a little. Bought the wig from Serge's wigs, a local place. Love the wig, it's so great. Got the glasses online from an antique store (they're authentic glasses about 100 years old!) Got the socks and shoes from Walmart -- the socks are actually like Johns, old school white ones with the double red stripe on the top band. Belt I had in the closet! Presto! John Lennon! Oh, the guitar is my guitar, it's an Epiphone Casino in natural, much like the one John used in the late 1960s. Excellent guitar. Someday I might do the beard but it just wasn't happening for this Halloween, hahaha, oh well. I guess that's all!
