Gaius Baltar from Battlestar Galactica
I've always though I could pull off a really good, convincing Baltar. I just never thought I'd ever find people willing to cosplay as other BSG characters and that walking around in a suit would be silly. However, I've recently come across great Starbuck and Caprica Six cosplayers, and they said they'd love to have me on as Baltar. So, if I can make it to NDK in September of 2008, I plan to go as Virtual Baltar. :D

Severus Snape from Harry Potter
Snape, as portrayed by Alan Rickman, is just sexy. He didn't strike me as overly great in the books but in the movie he just looked dynamic. I'm wasn't a huge fan of Alan Rickman, but I just fell in love with him, his eyes, his clothes . . . and realized I wanted to cosplay him. I honestly think I could pull him off fairly well, and I bet if I looked seriously, I could find a good prosthetic hook-nose to wear too. I can do a very basic version of this costume already, using old costume parts -- I may just do a photoshoot in that and call it "Book Snape" and be done with it. XD

Paul McCartney Mad Day Out
Well, I don't even really like Paul McCartney but I was at a thrift store not too long ago and I found a pink suit that would be perfect for this. So, I bought it. All I need to get is the pants, the yellow vest and the loafers he wears and this would be done, nothing editted, hahaha. It'd just be fun and random. I also know a girl I might could convince to do Jane Asher for me and if we ever go to Beatlefest in Chicago together, it'd be fun to wear this there with her. XD

Mark Cohen from RENT
No time or location planned for this costume. I just want to have it. I'd wear this sweater on a regular day, too, so it'd be a fun costume. I love Mark, he's my favorite character from RENT. If there was any character from any musical, ever, that I could perform as, I'd choose Mark. So, putting together this costume would be in tribute to that.
