This is a three layer cel of Nabiki and Happosai with original matching background. Sadly the layers are not quite in order (Nabiki's hands should be behind the chair) and the layers are stuck. Still, an excellent cel. No douga.
From episode 109 "Into the Darkness" (夢の中へ) inside Happosai's dream. The Happosai layer is actually from a few seconds earlier, which is why the cap doesn't match up perfectly.
This is the first Nabiki cel I ever bought, back in September 2002.
